Order Fulfillment – Orders are processed on a first come first serve basis. Once an order is processing a Sherpa will claim the order and contact the Client. Most orders are fulfilled within 24 hours.

Returns – Returns are only allowed if the service has not already been completed.

Refunds – Are able to be given as long as service has not been already completed. If completed they are on a case by case basis at discretion of Sherpa Gaming, Inc.
